SYMPHONY IN GLASS SHOW
June 3 - June 28, 2011
Opening Night Reception & Awards Ceremony – June 3, 201, 5:30 to 8:00 pm
Grand opening during 1st Friday Artwalk (Runs through the month of the Bach Festival in Eugene)
The Oregon Arts Alliance is a non-profit arts organization whose mission is to provide economic development for Oregon artists through classes & workshops, exhibitions and sales.
Eligibility
Open to all members of the Oregon Arts Alliance and/or the Oregon Glass Guild only. Composition of each artwork must be at least 75% glass.
Deadlines:
Entry Deadline: April 12, 2011, 5pm
If selected, delivery of artworks by: May 25 - May 28, 2011
Awards:
Three "Best of Show" awards will be given -- one per juror and one from the Oregon Arts Alliance. $100. each.

Submission details:
Entry fee: $35.00 (non-refundable)
Each artist can provide a total of three original pieces of art. Artworks submitted must have been created within the last 2 years. (2009-2011)
Image guidelines:
Artists may provide two images (views) per piece. Each digital file can be in jpg, tif, or pdf format at up to 2MB file size. 72 dpi images must exceed 850 pixels wide/high. Higher resolution images (300 dpi) may be smaller.
Artists may submit online at www.OregonArtsAlliance.org/GlassShow/entry-form or send / drop off a CD-ROM. Each artist’s CD must be labeled on the outside with the artist's name and phone number. Name the digital files as follows: lastname-titleofwork.jpg.

Sales
Artworks are to be available for sale. Artist agrees to donate 40% of any sale to Oregon Arts Alliance. PLEASE PRICE YOUR WORKS WITH THIS IN MIND! Sales made from the OAA are final. Your entry confirms all terms of this agreement.
Delivery and Pickup of Art Works
Artists whose work is accepted are responsible for dropping off (and picking up) or shipping of artworks to and from the gallery between June 30th - July 2nd. Return postage must be included in all shipped works of art.
Artists Artworks are insured for their full value while on the gallery premises only, up to $2500. per piece.
